Shipping policy

SHIPPING: Most items ordered before 3:30 pm. MST, M-F will ship the same day. Items ordered after 3:30 pm. MST, or on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day. Exclusions to shipping same day also include prominent U.S. Holidays when UPS is not shipping.

RETURNS: You may return items purchased on our web site within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for another product. No reasons required however your feedback would be appreciated. Just make sure returned items are in like-new condition in original packaging and you contact us in advance by phone or email. If you return a gift, any credit will be issued to the giver unless we are advised otherwise.

Note: Based on the size of the product, Car Coaster LLC reserves the right to ship the item via UPS Ground at no additional cost to the customer, even though the customer chose USPS. There are items better suited for UPS and the customer will not incur any additional costs.
